Patel, an Indian immigrant, himself. Although our primary focus is on U.S. Immigration Law (related issues in employment, criminal, and family law), we provide services for cases involving Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury, and Chapters 7, 11, and 13 Bankruptcy.

We provide a clear fee structure during or shortly after the initial consulation so the client knows the total cost associated with their case and offer payment plans (if applicable).

Our consultation fee is $250 for one hour. If you retain our firm to represent you within one week after your paid consultation, we will credit the $250 consultation fee towards the legal fees for your case.
Spanish and Gujarati translation services available. Office hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. We have offices in Baltimore, Maryland, Bethesda, Maryland, and Fairfax, Virginia, and also hold conferences via Skype.
For an additional fee, we offer flexible scheduling with evening and weekends available and in-custody visits. Payment plans are available (restrictions apply). We accept credit card payments via Paypal.
