Assistance in a Variety of Immigration Matters
Immigration issues are generally complicated and ever evolving. We often find that our clients are facing issues that include immigration issues as part of their case. We are able to handle both legal aspects because we understand how the two fields of law overlap.
Corporate Clients
Our firm handles various aspects of immigration law, including obtaining family visas, employment visas, student visas, adjustment of immigration status, and working on deportation matters that arise out of criminal law matters.
For our corporate clients seeking employment-based visas, we have skillfully handled successful cases involving initial H-1B petitions, H-1B transfers, and H-1B extensions, as well as Labor Certifications (PERM) and employment-based petitions. While we primarily serve immigration clients in the VA, MD, and DC area, we have provided worldwide immigration services to individuals and corporations seeking employment in the United States, specifically work authorizations and permanent residence (green cards) for foreign nationals.
Individual Clients
We also provide legal counsel and representation for family-based immigration matters. Mr. Patel has extensive experience assisting clients with the applications for fiance/spouse visas, Adjustment of Status to Legal Permanent Residence for spouses and relatives.
